1. Money-Back Guarantee Policy

At WebinHost, client satisfaction is our foremost priority. We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on monthly/quarterly/semi-annual hosting plans, and an extended 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all Annual (1-Year or higher) hosting plans. If you are not completely satisfied with our service within this period, you are entitled to a full refund of your hosting package fee.

2. Eligible Services for Refund

• Shared Web Hosting plans (SH-Basic, SH-Advanced, SH-Professional, SH-Enterprise).
• Managed WordPress Hosting packages.
• Cloud SSD Hosting plans.
• Standard Reseller, Master Reseller, and Alpha Reseller Hosting packages.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Due to registry and infrastructure costs incurred immediately upon ordering, the following services are non-refundable:

• Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals (e.g. .COM, .IN, .XYZ).
• Dedicated IP addresses and custom SSL certificates.
• Software control panel licenses (cPanel, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux).
• Dedicated Servers and VPS server setup fees.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please open a billing ticket through the Client Area Billing Department or message our official WhatsApp support at +91-9650792572 with your invoice number.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated within 24 to 48 hours and credited back to your original source of payment (UPI, NetBanking, Debit/Credit Card) within 3 to 7 business days depending on your banking institution.
