1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing services from WebinHost (https://webinhost.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

All services provided by WebinHost may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of Indian law or international treaties is strictly prohibited. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Phishing, malware distribution, ransomware, or botnet operations.
• Unsolicited commercial email (SPAM) or bulk mail flooding.
• Copyright, trademark infringement, or unauthorized distribution of intellectual property.
• Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks targeting or originating from our network.

3. Account Security & Backups

While WebinHost performs regular automated backups on eligible plans for disaster recovery, clients are ultimately responsible for maintaining independent off-site backups of their website files, databases, and emails.

4. Service Uptime SLA

WebinHost guarantees a 99.9% network and hardware uptime commitment on all shared, cloud, and reseller hosting plans, excluding scheduled routine maintenance notified in advance.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bihar, India.
